Name: Built-in Context Sensitive Help

Text: The PlantCTTM System shall provide built-in context sensitive help information for the customer in sufficient quantity and quality. These parameters shall be defined in the Deailed Software Design and the ATS/ATP (Acceptance test Specification/Acceptance Test Procedure) documents. Each information element on the customer's screen layout shall contain built-in context sensitive help information.

Rationale: Online help can largely replace live customer support. When customers troubleshoot their own problems, quite often they can get to a solution by themselves, saving time and money for themselves and the company.
