Text: The PlantCT^TM System shall provide current and detailed health report about the plant health status

. The report shall contain the probability of the different infections, the expectable aftermaths, and their financial impacts represented in tables and in diagrammatic form. The report canot be older as 30 minutes.

Rationale: This is a base monitoring requirement.
